“I don’t understand it all”, “It’s a right pain”, “It just costs me money”
Ever said or thought this about tech? You’re not alone. I’ve heard these comments countless times from business owners when the often-dreaded subject is raised. And, do you know what … you’re right (Well, nearly!)

When you’re running your own business, you just don’t have the time to worry about your tech. It should just work.

“I don’t understand I.T. at all” – You shouldn’t need to! What you do need to know is;

  • It’s doing its job
  • It’s secure
  • It’s protecting your business
  • It’s increasing productivity and profit
  • It’s cost effective

“My I.T. is a right pain” – If it is, you’ve got a problem

Set up correctly and thoughtfully, with the right environment, systems and processes in place, your tech should cause you no pain at all. In fact, it should be doing the opposite – helping your business run smoothly and efficiently. Its main purpose should be to allow you and your staff to do what you do best - making your company a success.

“My I.T. just costs me money” – Now, here’s the rub …I.T. should make you money!

Understanding the value of sensible investment in a sector you may openly admit to not knowing much about (or wanting to know about!) is absolutely fundamental to the success of businesses today, whether that business be in manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, retail, supply chain & distribution, logistics …

You get the picture!

Question Time

If you are a business owner, can you answer the following confidently:
  • Is your business secure and protected?
  • Are there any areas of risk to your business from your I.T.?
  • Are you getting value for money from your systems?
  • How long would your business survive without I.T.?
  • In the event of anything disastrous happening, how long would it take to be back up and running?
You don’t need to know everything about I.T. … but you need to know the answer to all the above is yes.

If you’ve answered “no” or “I don’t know” to any of the above, you need to call us.
