Microsoft has recently announced that Microsoft Teams desktop users on Windows and Mac will soon have a revised share experience while in meetings.
Users will be able to see the new design when sharing their screen, window, Whiteboard, or PowerPoint during meetings, as shown below.
Due to be rolled out in mid-February, the redesign should make it easier for presenters to find their desired content more easily. As before, the Share icon will be accessible from the menu bar, but now comes with options such as including sound and sharing a Whiteboard:
Microsoft is constantly updating and adding features to the Teams platform; since the start of 2021, they have launched a host of new features, including end-of-metting notifications and a new pre-join meeting experience.
